Safe With Us is foster-based and volunteer-powered. Every foster home, volunteer shift, and donation helps us say yes to more animals.
Louisiana team

Local fosters make the lifesaving pipeline possible

Since 2019, our Louisiana coordinator has helped save hundreds of animals by fostering them and coordinating their care and transport to Massachusetts.

This year, we expanded our local team by welcoming additional foster families. Together, we have taken in and fostered more than 50 dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens from Acadiana and sent them to our Massachusetts rescue, where they have greater opportunities to find loving homes.
