Meet Eleanor! Eleanor is a gorgeous, mature, domestic shorthair gal with a lot of love to give—literally, she's a delightfully plush 25 pounds of pure affection! What makes Eleanor so special? She is a wonderful, communicative companion who knows exactly what she likes. She is an independent lady who will politely let you know when she's ready for some quality snuggle time or when its breakfast hour. Once she bonds with you, she reveals herself to be an incredibly loyal and loving cat. Her favorite activities Eleanor loves playing with strings, ropes, and hanging toys that she can enthusiastically hunt and gnaw on. However, she is most content simply spending quiet time on the couch with her favorite human or sharing a big bed when its time to rest. Her health & routine Eleanor has had some dental work done in the past, so she happily thrives on a diet of mostly wet food pâté (though she still enjoys a bit of dry food!). Her health is in good shape, and she maintains predictable routines when it comes to the litter box. Her ideal home While she can coexist peacefully with other respectful felines, Eleanor is a true queen who prefers her own space — especially around the dinner plate. She would be happiest in a quiet, relaxed home where she can be the center of her persons world. If you're interested in adopting Eleanor, please visit our website,, to fill out an application!

Meet Maverick! 🤍🐾 Maverick is a handsome 3–3½-year-old gentleman with the perfect balance of playful and cuddly. After being found living on the streets, he was welcomed into a home where he quickly proved what a wonderful companion he is. Unfortunately, severe allergies meant his family could no longer keep him, so Maverick is now being fostered in Massachusetts while he waits for his forever home. This sweet boy loves meeting new people, receiving all the pets, playing with his toys, and curling up for a good cuddle. He’s also perfectly content entertaining himself when his people are busy. One of his favorite pastimes is stretching out in a sunny spot—especially when he can safely enjoy the outdoors from an enclosed area. ☀️ Maverick loves people and does well with children. He has not been around other cats or dogs, so his compatibility with furry siblings is currently unknown. If you’re looking for an affectionate, friendly companion with plenty of personality, Maverick may be your perfect match! 💙

Hi, I’m Cinnamon Roll! 🍥 Not too wild, not too calm. I’m the Breakfast Club’s just-right girl. I have a wonderfully balanced personality: playful without being the busiest puppy in the room, affectionate without demanding your attention every second, and always happy to settle in for a good cuddle. I’m actually the second-snuggliest of my sisters, which is a highly competitive category around here. I’m also shining in training! I’m working on potty training, doing well with kennel training, already know “sit,” and am quickly picking up more commands. Brains, beauty, and a name that sounds like dessert? I’m the complete package. I was born July 1 and am 50% Blue Heeler and 50% mystery breakfast meat! We suspect my dad was a smaller breed, possibly a Jack Russell or Fox Terrier. I’m expected to stay under 35 pounds, and unlike an actual cinnamon roll, I promise to help you burn calories. If you are interested in adopting Cinnamon Roll or any of our available pals, please visit our website to fill out an application!

Hi, I’m French Toast! 🍞 I’m the Breakfast Club’s official explorer, toy inspector, and playground-equipment safety tester. If something new appears, don’t worry. I’ll investigate it immediately. I’m bubbly, outgoing, adventurous, and the second-most energetic puppy in my litter. I’m always the first sister to check out a new toy, climb something unfamiliar, or find out what’s happening on the other side of the room. The world is very exciting, and I intend to sniff all of it. I’m working on potty training, doing well with kennel training, already know “sit,” and am learning more commands. I’d love a family that wants a curious little adventure buddy who is always ready to see what comes next. I was born July 1 and am 50% Blue Heeler and 50% mystery breakfast meat! We suspect my dad was a smaller breed, possibly a Jack Russell or Fox Terrier. I’m expected to stay under 35 pounds, portable enough to accompany you on all future investigations. Meet Glitter Enchanted Maddy—GEMs! GEMs is a gorgeous 5-month-old puppy who arrived in New England just a couple of weeks ago. After spending some time settling into foster care and learning the routines of family life, she is now officially available and ready to begin meeting potential adopters! Although both of her siblings have already found their forever homes, GEMs has not been waiting here for months. Her search in New England is only just beginning, and she is excited to find the family who will help her continue blossoming. GEMs is a striking black-and-white puppy with oversized ears, expressive eyes, and an adorable little freckle on her nose. She can initially be shy around unfamiliar people or in new environments, but she remains curious and will often greet people slowly with a wagging tail. She simply needs a little time and gentle encouragement before showing her full personality. Once she feels comfortable, GEMs is playful, affectionate, and wonderfully silly. She loves following her people around the house, cuddling on the couch, receiving attention, and being included in whatever her family is doing. She is also incredibly bouncy! GEMs hops, skips, and leaps after balls, jumps between couches, and loves pouncing into playtime with her foster sibling. Her favorite activities include chasing toys, chewing bones, playing with other dogs, going for long walks, and exploring places such as the beach. GEMs is extremely food motivated and is currently learning basic commands, including sit, down, and come. She does well with potty training when kept on a consistent schedule and has few to no accidents. She enjoys sleeping in her crate overnight and generally settles comfortably. She is still working on feeling secure when left alone and may initially vocalize before settling. She does especially well when another dog is nearby, so her future family should be prepared to continue building her confidence and independence gradually. GEMs enjoys playing with other dogs. She can occasionally become uncomfortable if another dog approaches her food or a high-value bone, so meals and special chews should be given separately while her family continues positive training. She has not displayed this behavior toward people or around regular toys. GEMs is curious and may try to chase small animals or other exciting things outdoors. Her family will need to use secure leash handling, carefully manage doors and gates, and keep her supervised outside while continuing recall training. This sweet girl would thrive with a patient and active family willing to continue her puppy training, confidence building, socialization, and daily exercise. Obedience classes would be a wonderful way to help her become the confident and well-mannered dog she is capable of being. She may enjoy living with a playful, compatible dog who can provide companionship, but she could also be successful as an only dog with a family committed to giving her plenty of attention and activity. GEMs has only recently arrived in New England and is now ready for meet-and-greets. If you are looking for an affectionate, playful, athletic, and delightfully goofy companion, GEMs may be your perfect match.

Hi, I’m Pancake! 🥞 Someone accidentally put springs in my legs, and honestly, I have no complaints. I’m the bounciest, goofiest, most playful member of the Breakfast Club! I’m sweet, outgoing, confident, and permanently set to happy-go-lucky. I approach every day like I’ve just been told we’re going to Disney World—and every toy, person, and patch of grass is part of the celebration. I’m the most energetic girl in my litter, so I’m looking for a family ready to play, laugh, explore, and appreciate my commitment to having the absolute best day ever. I’m working on potty training, doing well with kennel training, know “sit,” and am learning more commands between scheduled bouncing sessions. I was born July 1 and am 50% Blue Heeler and 50% mystery breakfast meat! We suspect my dad was a smaller breed, possibly a Jack Russell or Fox Terrier. I’m expected to stay under 35 pounds, although my personality may require considerably more room.

☀️ Hi! I’m Soleil! ☀️ Yep… my name means “Sun” in French, and I’d like to think I live up to it. Once you get to know me, I have a pretty special way of brightening every room I walk into. I’m currently accepting applications for my forever family. (It’s a very exclusive position, so I have high standards… okay, not really. If you have treats, you’re already doing great.) When I first came into rescue, I wasn’t so sure about this whole “world” thing. New places and new people felt a little scary. But guess what? I’ve figured out that life is actually pretty amazing! Every day I get a little braver, a little sillier, and a whole lot happier. These days you’ll usually find me… 🐾 Playing with my dog friends. 🧸 Collecting toys like they’re priceless treasures. 🥰 Handing out snuggles whenever someone has a free lap. 🍖 Politely accepting treats. (Okay… enthusiastically accepting treats.) ☀️ Soaking up sunshine whenever I can. I’m a social butterfly! I love dogs, people, kids… honestly, if you’re kind to me, we’re probably going to be best friends. I’m also becoming quite the responsible young lady. I’m almost a crate expert—sometimes I even walk right in all by myself! I’m mostly potty trained too… although if it’s raining outside, I might look at you like, “Are you absolutely sure this is necessary?” I mean… can you blame a girl for not wanting wet paws? My foster family says I’m eager to please and that I just want someone to love. They’re right. I don’t ask for much. A comfy bed, a few toys, some belly rubs, and a family to call my own would make me the happiest pup in the world. Oh… one tiny confession… If you accidentally leave food trash where I can reach it… I may assume you left me a surprise snack. I consider it helping with cleanup. You’re welcome. I’ve come such a long way since arriving in rescue, and I’m so proud of the confident, goofy, loving girl I’m becoming. Now all I need is someone to keep cheering me on while I continue to grow. Could that someone be you? I promise to fill your days with laughter, your house with love, and your heart with sunshine. Love, Soleil ☀️💛 🌻 Think Soleil might be your perfect match? Visit to submit an adoption application and come meet this beautiful girl. She can’t wait to find the family she’s been dreaming of. #AdoptSoleil #SafeWithUsAnimalRescue #RescueDog #AdoptDontShop #PuppyLove #SafeWithUsUntilTheyCanBeHomeWithYou

Hi, I’m Waffle! 🧇 I’m the Breakfast Club’s resident honor student and professional snuggler. I’m sweet, outgoing, playful, and happiest when I’m curled up close to my person. I’m also very attentive, eager to please, and a quick learner, which has earned me the title of Most Trainable Breakfast Food. 🏆 I have a gentle, submissive personality and would love a family who wants an affectionate little sidekick to learn and grow with. I’m working on potty training, doing well with kennel training, already know “sit,” and am busy adding more commands to my résumé. I was born July 1 and am 50% Blue Heeler and 50% mystery breakfast meat! We suspect my dad was a smaller breed, possibly a Jack Russell or Fox Terrier. I’m expected to stay under 35 pounds, just the right size to fit beside you on the couch. Or on you. Preferably on you.
