Found abandoned in a sugar field with mange and missing fur, this resilient little mutt has blossomed into a happy, healthy, oh-so-adorable 5-month-old puppy who's ready for her forever home. Her name fits her perfectly-Sugar is as sweet as they come!

Her journey
Sugar is a playful puppy who loves to curl up next to any warm body-human or dog sibling. She plays hard, naps harder, and gives her whole heart to the people around her.
She's working on her potty training and does her best to make it to the door... sometimes her excitement gets ahead of her, but she's clearly trying! With patient humans (and maybe a few more treats), she'll get it down in no time.
Sugar sleeps beautifully in her kennel, considers it her dining room, and can comfortably stay crated for up to 8 hours with zero accidents.
Like any young pup, she still has some manners to learn-but her loving personality, eagerness to please, and resilient spirit make her an incredible companion in the making.
